    • What time is Check-In and Check-Out at Hotel Andinos Plaza?

    We have Check In for traditional reservations (without plans) at 3:00 p.m. and check out at 1:00 p.m.

    If a romantic or adventure plan reservation is made, check-in is subject to the availability of the guest, however it is recommended that it be done at 4:00 p.m.


    • What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

    The circumstances and justification for said action are valid, at Hotel Andinos Plaza we are aware of the setbacks caused by delayed flights, traffic, etc.


    • What is the minimum age to check in at Hotel Andinos Plaza?

    All our guests are registered in our hotel, if a family with children under 10 years of age shows up, they will be registered with the information of their parents.

  • Location and transportation

    • Where is the Hotel Andinos Plaza located?

    We are located in the center of Florencia Caquetá on Calle 18 # 9 – 07. From there you can take any means of transportation in the area.


    The Hotel does not have transportation to or from the airport.

    Yes, the hotel has free parking for all guests during their stay with us.

    No, the hotel does not have a day service due to the type of accommodation it provides.

    • How can I book my birthday at the hotel or other types of events?

    You can contact us by phone to generate the event reservation, send email or fill out the contact form specifying the requirements of the event, tentative date and number of guests.

    • What do couple plans consist of?

    We have a variety of romantic plans that include access to wet areas, a romantic dinner, some spa services, and accommodation.

    • What payment methods do you offer on the website and at the hotel?

    At the hotel we accept any payment method, cash or debit or credit card.


    On the website we only receive payment by credit card, however, you can communicate via WhatsApp from the web to generate a payment link through PSE

    • What is the reservation cancellation policy at the hotel?

    Reservation cancellation must be generated at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the show policy applies, that is, 50% of the canceled reservation is charged.

    • What is the smoking policy at the hotel?

    You will not be able to use the internal facilities of the hotel to smoke, only if the reserved room has a balcony, it is allowed.


    • Does the hotel allow pets?

    Pets are not allowed in the hotel, due to the type of accommodation provided, which is not suitable for pets.
